Mental Health Resources
I was recently listening to a great podcast about mental health called Sons of Anxiety on the BBC and while browsing the App I came across an incredible list that the BBC put together with organisations that may be able to help those affected by mental health.
In my attempt to continue raising awareness about mental health and help people to take their first step towards seeking professional help, I thought it was a good idea to share this list with my network.
Here you’ll find the names and direct links to their websites so you can easily find out more about them.
I hope this list can help at least one person out there, particularly during this time so please feel free to share it! 👍
I am also putting together a list of podcasts and Facebook groups that I’m finding along the way so please keep an eye on my LinkedIn as you might find them interesting and/or helpful as well.
